Interaction with guests

The Mistiq Rentals Team will be in touch with you on the exact day and time of the check-in to send you all arrival details, such as the passcode of the lockbox, the Wi-Fi password, etc. We will appreciate it if you can get in touch with us to let us know your estimated arrival time, also in case you need help booking transportation or other services.

Other things to note

Mistiq Tulum is not a hotel. All units in all our properties are individually owned and managed with care by Mistiq Rentals to offer you a home-like experience in a condominium setting.
