The space

Step into a unique two-story retreat that blends elegant design with ultimate comfort, nestled in one of Tulum’s most exclusive developments. This stunning apartment is the perfect getaway for families or groups looking for space, privacy, and a touch of luxury.

On the first floor, you’ll find an open-concept living and dining area, beautifully decorated and flooded with natural light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. These expansive glass walls offer a unique view of the lush interior pool and create a seamless connection between the indoor space and the tropical surroundings.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking and dining, from modern appliances to all essential utensils, all framed by tasteful, stylish design.

On either side of the kitchen, two doors lead to the main bedrooms:

The master bedroom features a plush king-size bed, a private bathroom, and a spacious closet.

The second bedroom includes two queen-size beds, also with its own en-suite bathroom and closet—perfect for families or friends traveling together.

A beautifully designed staircase takes you to the private rooftop terrace, a true highlight of the apartment. Here, you can enjoy meals or cocktails at the outdoor dining table, take a dip in your own private plunge pool, or simply relax in the sun.

On this upper level, you’ll also find the third bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and direct access to the terrace—offering both privacy and a resort-like atmosphere.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Mistiq. The place was just as pictured in the listing. We loved the pool area, the gym, and hanging out on the patio! It was beautiful. Definitely will want a car to get around-but nothing fancy as most of the roads are a complete disaster. We walked some, but it was a little crazy with so many cars, bikes, dirt bikes and motorcycles weaving in and out of lanes with no sidewalks! Communication was not great. We had a hard time checking in bc we didn’t know our room number ahead of time, not a huge deal but could have been easier. The private pool was broken when we arrived. Someone came right out to fix that day, but took a long time to fill. The bbq grill was not usable and very dirty, along with the rooftop furniture. The grout in the bathrooms need scrubbing. Pretty gross. The amenities listed a washer/dryer in the unit but it was behind a locked door. Would definitely come back!! ;)

This Aironb is amazing. It looks exactly like the pictures. It was in the middle of the main city strip and the tourist restaurant/beach club.The staff is very friendly. Love the private pool. If you have car your own parking space. The only thing is that wifi doesn't work as well for your phone when you're upstairs but that didn't stop us from enjoying this amazing airbno! I also appreciated that every room had its own temperature control. I recommend this for everyone who's respectful of other's property.

My stay during the 4 days were good. Mistiq was very peaceful and relaxing. The stay was wonderful. The only issue I would have is the cleanliness of the unit. There were stains on the blanket, the bathroom was not the cleanest and the couch has tons of stains. The rooftop pool in the unit was amazing and the beach shuttle was very useful. The staff were very helpful and nice.
